Shipping

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1 week. 

Shipping is calculated by weight and distance. If you place multiple orders to the same address, your orders will be automatically combined and shipped together as if you had a multi-piece order and I will refund any excess shipping. Note: this won't always be the case if I judge that it'll be safer for the pieces to be shipped separately (ie. 2 very large, heavy pieces)

As a small business, I am able to ship only to the US. Canada and greater international shipping are currently not supported. I hope to support our international friends soon!

 

Packing Materials

To reduce shipping waste, I reuse clean, in-good-condition materials as much as possible, boxes included! My partner is very good at online shopping, so there is a plethora of sturdy box sizes for me to choose from.

Returns

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. The buyer will need to cover the cost of shipping and be responsible for safely packing the returned products. All returned pieces must be received in the condition they were purchased. If you'd like to return a piece, please reach out via email with your reason for return.

 

Seattle Pickup

Those who would like to pickup orders in person in Seattle can chose 'Local Pickup' upon checkout. Pickup will be in the International District of Pioneer Square. I will email you pickup hours and directions to coordinate.

If you can’t make it, please notify me even if it’s last minute. I wait for the pickups and it’s just respectful of my time to let me know that you will not be coming.

If you fail to pickup your piece or schedule a pickup within 2 months after your purchase, you will receive an email warning and then your order will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.

 

Disclaimer

All products are handmade, which results in natural variations in finish and size. All listed dimensions and capacities are approximations.

All glazes used are food safe. While all pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, it is recommended to hand-wash all ceramics, to protect the surface from abrasion over time.

Please use discretion when buying pieces and thank you for supporting handmade <3
