I shaped this wheel-thrown vase by hand, adding deep grooves to the textured surface for an organic shape. The unglazed golden rim flares gently outward, in contrast to the speckled, matte-white inside and out. The fine crackle reminds me of birch bark.
It’s lovely with dried stems, a fresh bouquet, or on its own on a shelf. It makes a thoughtful gift.
